How to convert an OfficeCalendar On-Demand Server to a local OfficeCalendar Server installation
To convert an existing OfficeCalendar On Demand Server to a local OfficeCalendar Server perform following actions:

1) Download/Install/Setup a local OfficeCalendar Server 'Free Trial' installation on the desired local OfficeCalendar Server machine (link below) and choose the "Easy" method of installation when prompted for the local OfficeCalendar Server.

ocinstall11500.exe

PLEASE NOTE: When the OfficeCalendar Server Installation Wizard launches choose "Cancel". The OfficeCalendar On Demand Server database already contains this information and will overwrite anything that gets entered anyway.

2) From within the new local OfficeCalendar Server installation Administration Console (How do I access the OfficeCalendar Server Administration Console?), go to the "Advanced Features" tab and highlight "Server Conversion".

3) Input the OfficeCalendar account holders' "Email Address", "Password", and the "On Demand Account" name, select the “Convert On Demand Server to Local Server” option and click "Convert".(If this information is unknown it will be located in the Admin Document for the OfficeCalendar installation.)

4) Once your conversion is successful you must reconfigure the OfficeCalendar Client(s) to now synchronize with the new locally installed OfficeCalendar Server. So, in Outlook for each client click the Configure icon (hammer & wrench), go to "Server Connections", choose the "Local Server" and enter the proper OfficeCalendar Server machine name and click "Apply" and "OK".

How do I find the name of my OfficeCalendar Server PC?

5) The trial download/installation of the OfficeCalendar Server will be active for fourteen (14) days. Before you can activate your licenses for your local OfficeCalendar Server, you must SUSPEND your On Demand account. Once your account is suspended, you will be able to generate a new keycode for your local installation by clicking the "Generate Keycode" option on the left side of the "User's Area" (once logged into the account).
