The OfficeCalendar icons do not appear when I start Outlook.

When I open Outlook the OfficeCalendar icons have disappeared. How do I get them back and why did they disappear in the first place?.
Answer
For most Microsoft Outlook installations there is a video titled "OfficeCalendar Academy - How to Recover Missing OfficeCalendar Client Icons" video available on YouTube at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTK5XPhh-cg&t=10s

However, the links provided below outline the steps to recover missing OfficeCalendar Client icons dependent on Outlook version as well:

OfficeCalendar icons do not appear within Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 or Office365
OfficeCalendar icons do not appear once Microsoft Outlook is started for Office 2007
OfficeCalendar icons do not appear once Microsoft Outlook is started for Office 2000/2003
