How do I find the name of my OfficeCalendar Server PC?
Answer
To determine the name of your OfficeCalendar Server PC, go to the PC that you have designated as the OfficeCalendar Server. Hover your mouse over the small OfficeCalendar Admin icon in the Windows System Tray (see below). A message will then display, "OfficeCalendar Server on XXXXXXXXX" where the 'XXXXXXXXX' is the OfficeCalendar Server machine name.

By default, the OfficeCalendar Admin icon will not launch when you start Windows. If the small OfficeCalendar Admin icon is not present in the Windows System Tray then you will have to double-click the "OfficeCalendar Admin" icon from the Desktop first. This will actually launch the Administration Console as well as displaying the icon in the system tray.

If the "OfficeCalendar Server" shortcut has been removed from the Desktop you can launch it by going to "Start", "All Programs", and select "OfficeCalendar Admin". You should then see the icon populate to the Windows system tray.
