How do I submit a trouble ticket to OfficeCalendar Technical Support?
Answer
1) Click the "Support" option at the top of the OfficeCalendar website and click "Maintenance Support Center".





2) If/when prompted, enter the appropriate email address and password associated to the account and click "Continue", then click "OK" to the maintenance status window that follows (if you don't have an account simply send an email to customerservice@officecalendar.com).

3) Click either of the "Ask a Question" options on the following screen.



4) Enter a brief description of the current issue and the complete the required information fields (fields in BOLD print require a value) and click "Submit Question". A Ticket ID# will then be assigned for reference.



5) The more detail provided when describing the issue(s) can only further assist the technicians accurately asses the issue(s) and respond with the necessary course of action.

Once the submission has been received by the Technical Support Department a notification will be sent to the email address provided stating that the submission has been received. Any updates to the ticket will also notify the customer via email and contain a link back to the current ticket. The status of any/all open tickets will always be displayed in the "My Stuff" section of the Support portal and can also be updated from "My Stuff" as well.
