Local OfficeCalendar Server installation on Windows Server 2012 Help - Error regarding Microsoft .NET 2.0 Customers desiring to run the local OfficeCalendar Server installation on a Windows Server 2012 machine may receive an error regarding a non-existent Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installation, which OfficeCalendar requires. Since Windows Server 2012 does not come with Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, it will need to be installed prior to installing the OfficeCalendar Server using the provided link below: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh831809.aspx#BKMK_FoD This link will install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (which also includes .NET Framework 2.0). Then, the local OfficeCalendar Server can properly be installed onto the Windows Server 2012 machine. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Users may still receive an error regarding missing .NET Framework 2.0 during the local OfficeCalendar Server installation however if the previous link has been followed and installed you can continue through the messages and setup the OfficeCalendar Server properly.
