Disabling the Response Templates add-in from view Question ID 222 Category OfficeCalendar Client(s) Date Created 3/7/2014 11:56:17 AM Date Updated 7/17/2014 1:49:56 PM How do I disable the Response Templates add-in from view in my Email screen? Answer If users don't wish to view the Response Templates add-in within their email screen they have a few options: #1 - Users can click the "X" to temporarily remove the viewing pane from the email window. It will then appear again for the next new email, reply email, or forwarded email. #2 - Users can click the "<<" to HIDE the viewing pane from the email box. This will remain hidden until the user clicks the ">>" to show the Response Templates window pane again. This is useful for users that take advantage of the Response Templates utility but don't wish to view them at all times. #3 - Users can completely disable the Response Templates add-in from view by going into the Response Templates "Manage" console to the "Options" tab and uncheck the "Show Response Templates menu in Email screen" option then click Apply/OK. PLEASE NOTE: If option (#3) is not available use the link below to install the latest OfficeCalendar Client build overtop the existing OfficeCalendar Client installation and this option will then visible (there is no need to uninstall anything).
