Exceptions to recurring appointments with respect to the BlackBerry synchronization
If you notice an exception to a recurring appointment is not synching to the BlackBerry device this is because of a limitation in the BlackBerry synching API. The first local OfficeCalendar Client synch that takes place after the first OfficeCalendar Mobile for BlackBerry synch has completed displays a message explaining this. Each user will then have need to select the "Don't show this message again" to no longer receive this message after each synch.

Further, if an exception an entry that is part of a recurring appointment series is made on the BlackBerry device that adjustment will not reflect on the same entry on OfficeCalendar Online nor in Outlook. A 'clone' entry will be created representing the adjusted data for that particular exception. Any further changes (or an attempted deletion) of the exception will need to be done to the 'clone' entry in OfficeCalendar Online/Outlook for that to be reflected onto the BlackBerry device as well.
