Answer The OfficeCalendar Administrator Document is a tool that contains various different account details including the Office Calendar Administrator(s) logins as well as each regular OfficeCalendar User login credentials. So, if you create/modify/delete a user or their permission levels in the Administration Console this message will ask if you'd like to generate a new Admin Document for your records.
