| | Outlook appointment times are offset by 15, 30, or 45 minutes after an OfficeCalendar synch. | | Question | | Outlook appointment times are offset by 15, 30, or 45 minutes after an OfficeCalendar synch. | Answer | At this time, OfficeCalendar does not support time zones with 15 or 30 minute incremental offsets to UTC (Universal Coordinated Time). These time zones include:
(GMT +03:30) Tehran (GMT +04:30) Kabul (GMT +05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi (GMT +05:45) Kathmandu (GMT +06:30) Rangoon (GMT +09:30) Adelaide (GMT +09:30) Darwin
Unfortunately, if you are using one of the time zones above on any of the PCs within your OfficeCalendar installation we do not recommend further use of our product as there are no immediate plans to update OfficeCalendar in this area.
Although highly unlikely, if you find that appointment times are off by 15, 30, or 45 minutes; and you have verified that none of your computers are set to display time in one of the above time zones, please log your issue in our support ticketing system at http://www.officecalendar.com/support/crmlogin.asp
