To determine if you are on the latest version of OfficeCalendar, follow the steps below. If an upgrade is available, you will be notified during this process along with instructions how to install it.
OfficeCalendar upgrades and updates are available free of charge to all OfficeCalendar Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan subscribers and are also available for purchase for all non-maintenance customers ($39.95/license).
Instructions:
1. Physically go to the PC designated as the OfficeCalendar Server PC.
2. While the OfficeCalendar Server application is running, right-click the small OfficeCalendar Server icon in your Windows System Tray and choose “Check web for Updates” You will be directed to a web page that shows whether or not you are on the most current version.
3. If you are not running the most current version and you are a Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan subscriber, you will be presented with instructions to download your free upgrade.
4. If you are not running the most current version and you are not a Maintenance & Upgrade Protection Plan subscriber, you will be presented with the option to purchase Maintenance & Upgrade Protection and receive your upgrade at no charge after the order is completed.
*****PLEASE NOTE***** Users of OfficeCalendar Online will receive a "You are currently using an older version of OfficeCalendar" message when attempting to synchronize to the online database and will need to upgrade the installation to continue using OfficeCalendar Online.
