How do I get OfficeCalendar to work with my firewall software?
Answer
Firewall software, by design, is meant to protect and deny unwanted and suspect intrusions and or communication among and between computers. In order for OfficeCalendar to synchronize properly, the OfficeCalendar Client must be able to connect to the OfficeCalendar Server.
In order for the OfficeCalendar Client(s) to connect and synchronize with the OfficeCalendar Server component, you may need to create an exception in your detected firewall. Listed below are links to firewalls that are detectable by the OfficeCalendar Troubleshooter. Click on the appropriate link for more information on how to create an exception in your firewall software. The links below are maintained by the specific firewall software publishers in question and not editable by Lookout Software, LTD. If you can not open your firewall or create an exception according to the articles cited, you should contact your firewall software company specifically for additional assistance.
