| | Synchronizing only shows data from the previous 30 days | | Question | | After I synchronize, why do my other user's folders only display data from the previous thirty (30) days and not farther back? | Answer | The very first OfficeCalendar synch looks at the current date, then gathers all calendar information starting 30 days prior to that date. It will then synch all calendar data starting from the 30 days previous, including all calendar items scheduled into the future. There is no way to have it synch items previous to 30 days of the first synch date.
Additionally, if you reset your OfficeCalendar database for any reason, the synchronization will restart as if it is the very first synch once again. So, if users' Outlook information was viewable previously and displayed data farther back then thirty (30) days, but the database gets reset, then the view of those folders will be updated to only display the previous thirty days once again. | Related articles | | Back to Search Results |
