With the release of OfficeCalendar version 5.0.0.0. any Resource Users that are created are at no additional charge (previously Resource Users would required their own license). So each individual attempting to synch their own Outlook data to other users, each user wanting to view the Outlook information from another user, or both will need to be setup as an actual user within the OfficeCalendar Administration Console (this type of user will be listed in the "Type" column as "A" or "U").
Once all of the available licenses have been used up for the actual OfficeCalendar Clients, there aren't anymore (Type "A" or "U") users that can be created until more licenses are purchased. Thus, since only Resource Users can be created with no additional charge when all available user licenses have been utilized, this option is automatically selected until more licenses are purchased and a new keycode has been entered validating the installation for the additional user licenses. |
