Why can't I view all of my other shared folders after all user's have completed synchronizing?
Answer
Many users of Outlook tend to prefer the "My Folders" view of each type (i.e. "My Calendars", "My Contacts", etc.) which will only display specific types of folders in the left-hand viewing pane when selected. However, this view is not always the most robust of Outlook views, and although OfficeCalendar is still synching properly to the default Folder List view, the "My Folders" view may not display all of the other folders.
The easiest and quickest way to check this is to go into Outlook and use the keyboard shortcut (CTRL + 6) to get to your "Folders" view however you can also click the "..." to select "Folders". Then expand (">") the "Calendar" and "Contacts" folders (Outlook 2007 and earlier installations use a "+" symbol instead of the ">") and see if those other shared folders are then visible.

If the proper folders are then located but the "My Folders" view is preferred, a quick toggle back again will typically display those folders at that point as well. It's just an issue Outlook can have sometimes with displaying folders in that 'My' view for all Calendar/Contact/Task/Note folders. However, OfficeCalendar will always have the synching folders visible in the default "Folders" view.
