Answer 1) Click the "OfficeCalendar Mobile for BlackBerry" icon on the device (this icon may be in the "Downloads" folders on BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Storm devices). 2) Click the BlackBerry "Menu" button (button with the 'blackberry' icon) and choose "Settings". 3) Scroll down and checkmark "Sync Calendar". 4) Adjust the "Sync Events for next Weeks" and "Sync Events for previous weeks" to the desired time interval and "Save" the changes.
