I added an appointment to another user’s calendar in the past, after editing the appointment it disappeared from my view of that user’s calendar.
Answer
The initial OfficeCalendar synch will synch Outlook data that is 30 days in the past and indefinitely into the future. If you add an appointment into someone else's calendar on a date that falls outside of this range, that appointment will be removed after the synchronization completes. If a user creates an entry in their own "Calendar" outside of this range, that entry will remain on the owner's view of their own "Calendar" however it will not synchronize to any other OfficeCalendar Client's view of that calendar folder.
